Whilst focusing on the end goal is important, it’s nowhere near as important as understanding the daily activities that will lead to your end goal. (and doing them!)
What are your lead measures? What are the things you should be doing consistently to grow your business? Do you know how much activity is needed to find a new client? You should know, so if you don’t- start measuring your activity!
