What would you say to someone considering attending this workshop?
Really enjoyable! Jo & Abby are down to earth and friendly and I loved hearing them share their stories. I really enjoyed the meditation, mindfulness and gratitude journal. Nicola Made me think seriously about the way I perceive myself. Very important that people attend this workshop, especially if you are in highly stressful jobs or where the techniques can be passed on to children or young people. David H I loved it.
