Not only should WE know what we are aiming for, OUR TEAM should know too! Keeping teams updated and involved with goal setting process is just as important as setting the goals themselves… It helps foster responsibility, purpose, and ownership! Even better, involve your team in a 90-day planning event. It’s a great way for your senior team to gain clarity, focus & motivation around where the organisation is heading. 

📌 Giving & Receiving Feedback!

For me, feedback can be like magic! Knowing how we are being received can really help us to grow as leaders (and people!). Asking for feedback regularly, ensuring it is accessible for the team, can ensure your team feels listened to…

Just as important, giving feedback with authenticity, empathy, and positivity creates an exchange with can help relationships grow and trust develop!
