If there’s one thing I see too often in struggling businesses, it’s over-complication. Leaders sometimes think that the more moving parts they have, the more sophisticated their operation seems. In my experience, it often just creates confusion and stalls growth, especially when there are much simpler ways! 🤷🏼♀️
