For Adults

HappiMe for adults is designed to help you recognise and change the self-sabotaging thoughts that have been holding you back. The app contains:
  • Mini mindfulness exercises,
  • Bite sized meditations,
  • EFT exercises & videos (Emotional Freedom Technique).
  • Playlist feature - create motivational audios by choosing a selection of over 400 prerecorded affirmations on areas such as weight loss, confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, anxiety, prosperity, success and time management, just to name a few.
  • A fun swipe game to help you to recognise the difference between a helpful thought and an unhelpful thought.
"I use the app daily to stay in control of my thoughts and to help get rid on my negative beliefs! I work in a high-stress environment, and the Mindful Bites / Helpful Thoughts really help me stay in control. My colleagues keep commenting on how positive and smiley I am! I also love playing the swipe game, it's interesting to see how many negative things I used to say to myself." Abby

Step One - LEARN
An engaging video that explains the way the brain works using “The Chimp and The HappiTars”. Your chimp is the part of your brain that worries and tells you that you can’t do stuff! Your HappiTar - your Happiness Avatar - is the part of your brain that cheers you on and tells you that you CAN do it! The app teaches you how to recognise who is in control, and how to tell your chimp brain to… “Back off!”

Step Two - RECOGNISE

Recognising unhelpful thoughts by playing the fun ‘swipe’ game where the you learn to recognise the difference between a helpful and unhelpful thought. As each 'thought' pops up on the screen, you either swipe left  to Chimp or right to your HappiTar! The app also gives you a suggestion for a more helpful thought to help you overcome the negative one. This is where you start to recognise your unhelpful self-talk.

Step Three – DEAL WITH YOUR EMOTIONS
At HappiMe we believe our Mini Mindful Bites will help you get better at handling life. Practising mindfulness calms you down and helps you to be less anxious, Our 5-7 minute Mini Mindful Bites will help you feel instantly calmer, happier and less anxious!
Choose from:
- Mini Meditations & Mindfulness exercises to keep you calm.
- Visualisations to help you feel more confident.
- HappiTapping (EFT) videos to reduce stress & anxiety, and to stop you worrying.

Step Four – REPLACE
The playlist feature is where you start replacing your thoughts with more helpful ways of thinking. You can create multiple playlists of helpful thoughts from hundreds of pre-recorded audios. Choose from audios to increase confidence, reduce anxiety, improve health, deal with friendship issues, develop self-belief and boost self-esteem. You can even record your own helpful thoughts if you want to! Then simply choose a backing track (or upload your own), hit 'continuously play' and listen as often as you can to start changing the way you think!
Your playlist of helpful thoughts can help you feel better about whatever is going on in your life. For example, if you are worried about something, you can listen to a playlist of positive helpful thought that will stop you worrying.
