How do I know if Leadership & Management coaching or training is right for me and my team? The first thing to do is to book a free, no-obligation discovery call with our founder, Jo Richings. That way you will get a feel of what it would be like to work with us. If you’re still unsure, I recommend you talk to clients who have had this type of coaching or training before and find out what they thought!
We are happy to put you in touch with past clients who can give you an insight into how valuable the process can be - both financially and professionally. A key part to success is the clients being open to the experience. We deliver top-level coaching and training and it’s important you get the most out of it. And a big part of that is engaging fully with the process. |
My Leadership team are squabbling and just don't get on! Can you help?Yes! Absolutely. This seems to be a speciality for us nowadays! We've yet to find a senior leadership team where everyone gets on. There is often a lack of trust in each other which can lead to team members not speaking their minds, not buying in, not holding each other accountable and ultimately - a lack of results. This is an issue that we deal with on a regular basis and have yet to find a team that hasn't benefitted tremendously from their coaching or training programme.

How can leadership and management coaching help me or my team?Working with a Leadership & Management coach or trainer involves a number of stages. We start by assessing your needs, setting goals, and planning your development programme.
For managers & executives we like to use a 360 degree feedback development programme. This is very effective at helping our clients understand their motivations and processes. It’s a non-judgmental process that helps professionals think clearly and leaves them feeling motivated and confident. Leadership & management coaching and training is not exclusive to managers and executives in large organisations. Entrepreneurs and small business owners also find this type of support is a fantastic way to take their skills to the next level. Our office is in Bristol, but I work with clients not only across the UK but also around the world! |
Is a coach just for failing managers or executives? No. In fact we would recommend you don’t hire a coach as a last-ditch effort to rescue a failing employee!
The managers and executives we work with are very good at what they do. Companies have become increasingly aware of the value of investing in talented employees. Your company may have given you a top position or is looking to groom you for the next level. So investing in your leadership skills makes good business sense. They want you to become the best you can be. And a leadership & management coach is there to help professionals deal with a wide range of challenges and internal conflicts too. |
Do our coaching conversations remain confidential? Yes. we take confidentiality seriously. After all, a working relationship between me and our clients is built on trust from the beginning.
If an organisation is paying for your coaching, they may have an arrangement with us to get regular status updates (dates, milestones achieved, etc). But conversations between a coach and their client remain confidential. |
