Read all about Claire!
My name is Claire White and although I’m based in the Midlands, I love to travel with my work especially overseas! I’ve been in Recruitment, Learning and Development now for over 26 years (before computers were even in offices!) and worked with both Public and Private sector organisations, small and global during this time designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions and 1-1 Coaching. Apart from travel, I love photography (which was my very first business venture in my teens) and also tap dancing and walking my 2 boxer dogs. I also play Pool – and used to play for the County of Warwickshire in my younger days…now adays I just like to hustle! |
Read all about Neil!
My name is Neil Morbey and I help anxious adults to love and trust themselves; overcoming their traumas and fearful conditioning. I was a workaholic and hedonistic landscape architect, burning out myself and my relationships. It was only when I discovered meditation that I began to rekindle my love of myself and of life. I learned to combine my playfulness with presence (the title of my 2015 TedX talk), and to slow down and face my fears with kindness. This inspired me to change careers and follow my calling. I now help people do the same every day and I love it. |

Read all about Elaine!
Elaine Godley MBA, O.A.Dip (Psych) - If only I had known about DISC profiling when I was at school. I believe the teachers and I would have managed a lot better if we'd understood each other. When I first trained in DISC over 20 years ago, my first consultancy work was in schools guiding teachers how to better understand the students, and each other. In the corporate world I found DISC to be so helpful when managing over 220 team members who reported in to me, and within every interim or consultancy assignment I undertook DISC profiles within the first few days so that we all hit the ground to speak. When we understand our behaviours and those around us, we enjoy better personal and business relationships. I can't imagine living without DISC. |
