As a leadership and management coach and trainer, I'm often brought in to fix things.
Teams in conflict. To raise performance. To identify issues. To help squabbling leaders. To improve management skills. When this happens, it can be challenging for all but we often have to go through the hard stuff to find the solutions. It's the only way to move forward. I've been coaching for a long time so I have a ton of tools that I can use to help teams and leaders resolve their challenges. In fact, trying not to blow my own trumpet too loudly - I think I'm pretty good at it...
