I've been coaching for a long time so I have a ton of tools that I can use to help teams and leaders resolve their challenges. In fact, trying not to blow my own trumpet too loudly - I think I'm pretty good at it.
Occasionally though, I want to bang my head against the wall. Even I can get pushed too far 😲.
This usually results in me saying words to the effect of “enough is enough!”. Those words could be stronger - depends on the audience!
It takes a lot to get me to that stage but it's always enough for people to realise, “wait a minute, this really isn’t working”.
As they say "Denial is not a river in Egypt!" Luckily.... I really love what I do. And my clients seem to love me, as they know my number one focus is ALWAYS to support them to grow and develop!
