Who has either a bad habit that you want to break or a good habit that you want to create? Pretty much all of us, I think! Here are some bad habits you may want to get rid of and some good ones you may need to adopt! Bad habits that you may want to stop since they are likely to be hindering your success: -Flitting from one thing to another -Not prioritising
-Thinking too long about things -Procrastinating -Being distracted -Over-promising -Trying to do everything yourself -Working too much -Over-servicing -Worrying too much -Hitting the snooze button -Checking email 20 times an hour -Checking social media 30 times an hour And here are some good habits that will help you to be more successful: *Jumping out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off *Planning – daily, weekly, quarterly, annually *Creating an Action List before you leave work each day *Clearing your inbox daily *Eating your frogs *Focusing on the important stuff *Meditating or mindfulness to de-stress *Planning your down time, date night, kid night or friend night *Setting goals and daily intentions *Practising gratitude *Developing new skills What about you?
