❌ Better health? ✔️ Practising gratitude I'm lucky enough to have an amazing lifestyle. I earn a great income working part-time doing what I love. I travel a lot (usually!) & have amazing friends & family. I consider myself very fortunate to have my life, despite its ups & downs. The No 1 thing that has helped me to have such a fabulous life is most definitely gratitude. I am grateful for everything in my life & have kept a gratitude journal for years. I aim to practice gratitude in the moment as well as writing a list of the things I have to be grateful for that day. It doesn't have to be big things. It could just be that the sun was shining! ☀️ There has been a ton of research into gratitude over the last few years that shows keeping a gratitude journal can help you: 👵Live longer ✔️ Improve your career 🛌 Sleep better 🙂 Reduce depression, anxiety, pain 🤸 Increase exercise levels 😍Increase likeability, 💪Builds resilience I honestly believe that the fastest way to get more in your life is to be grateful for what you have already got.
