Many people simply try to avoid them.
But it's more difficult when they're on your team. (It's considerably more difficult if you're related to one!)
I like to give people a chance.
I believe in having open and honest discussions.
They don't always realise they're coming across this way.
DISC is a great tool for helping people to see how they may be perceived by others - without upsetting them. It makes it about their profile's typical behaviour rather than them personally. It's really quite powerful.
