Share your tips, knowledge, tools and resources whenever you can. Not only does it mean that you are adding value, it also gives you more credibility.

• Write a regular blog.
• Comment on forums.
• Engage on social media posts.
• Offer to guest blog.
• Contact your local radio station and tell them what you are available to talk about. (I get 2 or 3 calls a month from local radio stations asking if I want to get involved in the conversation.)
• Offer to speak at local groups (including this one!).
• Sign up for a free account on HARO (help a reporter out).
