Tip 21) Why your website and business FB page must tell your prospects about YOU!
Tell people why you started your business and what’s important to you. Share your vision and values. Give them an insight into who you are as a person. Assuming you're not Jack the Ripper, it will make them far more likely to buy from you.
Say I’m looking to buy online from a local business, or checking out their website for contact details – if I can’t see who I’m dealing with, I’m off your site and onto someone else's! This is true for all businesses but is especially true for trades and service-led businesses.
Many of you will know that I run two companies: my business coaching practice, and a non-profit called HappiMe CIC, which focuses on reducing anxiety and building self-esteem in children, young people and adults. I have had some really great comments about the About Us pages – feel free to take a look!

We are in the age of connection people – let’s get with the programme! 😊
