Tell people why you started your business and what’s important to you. Share your vision and values. Give them an insight into who you are as a person. Assuming you're not Jack the Ripper, it will make them far more likely to buy from you.
Say I’m looking to buy online from a local business, or checking out their website for contact details – if I can’t see who I’m dealing with, I’m off your site and onto someone else's! This is true for all businesses but is especially true for trades and service-led businesses. Many of you will know that I run two companies: my business coaching practice, and a non-profit called HappiMe CIC, which focuses on reducing anxiety and building self-esteem in children, young people and adults. I have had some really great comments about the About Us pages – feel free to take a look! About Jo HappiMe About Us We are in the age of connection people – let’s get with the programme! 😊 To your success Jo Richings x #tbsbn #businesstips #success #brisbiztips #happime #tbsbn #thebristolsmallbusinessnetwork
