2) Write them a handwritten letter stating how grateful you are for their business.
3) Send them a motivational postcard with a personal note written on the back. 4) Take them out for a coffee or lunch (if they are a high spending client). 5) Know their birthdays and anniversaries and send a handwritten card. 6) Start a customer loyalty program and let them know that only special VIP clients are invited. 7) Offer them a surprise upgrade.
