When was the last time you decluttered your inbox? This is something I do on a regular basis which is oddly therapeutic!
1. Only have things in your inbox that are important and actionable. 2. Move To Do items to an Action Folder 3. Filter articles and newsletter to a To Read folder 4. Check your To Read folder at least once a month. If you haven't read what's in there, stop kidding yourself that you will read it one day and delete it. 5. Unsubscribe to everything that is not in alignment to your goals. 6. As things arrive in your inbox, if they can be actioned in 5 minutes - do it. If not, pop them in your Action folder or on your paper To Do list.
Get rid of all the other stuff and fluff! Keep you streamlined... ;-)
