Although we would like to think our PCs and laptops will give us a warning when they need repairing, it isn’t always obvious when there’s something wrong with our device. For example, what would happen if your laptop or PC overheated and subsequently burnt out?
You’d replace it of course, which costs a small fortune depending on the specification of computer needed! Instead of being reactive, become proactive. Being proactive when it comes to IT maintenance means that you have three major benefits:
The third point is perhaps the most important for you if you rely on your PC or laptop to carry out tasks to run your business, such as creating invoices, managing your accounts, and even emailing your customers! If IT failure disrupts your business, it is likely to cost you much more than it would have done to maintain your laptop or PC in the first place – you'll probably have to stop running your business until your device is back up and running!
