- Julie from The Mum Almighty Mindset Coach. Trello for organising work, to-do lists, planning. It’s very versatile! - Clare Base Marketing I use Tiny Eye if I need to find the original source of an image online. It's great if you have a low res file but you can't remember where from – you can easily find which stock library it's from! You can also use it to check where/who else has used it already. - Emma from Emma Jayne Creative The Chrome extension LOOM is great for recording what you're doing on your desktop, recording yourself with your webcam, or a combination of both. Great if you need to create video content or webinars. - Emma from Emma Jayne Creative Toggl is a great time monitoring app ... You don't know where you're wasting it until you start recording it! - Sarah from Keyboard Smash Receipts by Wave ... Really easy way to keep all of your receipts together and logged, and the scanning technology actually works! - India from Indie Presence Zapier is a great time-saver. If you use cloud-based services from different vendors, everything can feel a little disjointed until you start using Zapier. I'll give you an example: I use cloud-based services for email, help-desk ticketing and CRM, all from different vendors. Adding a new customer to each of these systems can be a pain, but Zapier uses APIs to send your data between each system. So, if I add a new customer to one system, Zapier will take those new customer details and add them to the rest. This is just a simple example of what Zapier can do. We also use it to create follow-up tasks in our CRM when we close a support ticket. - Jason from Owen IT solutions
