What can you guarantee about your product or service that will give your prospects peace of mind? Think about their issues and concerns when buying your products or services and address them in your guarantee. For example, a plumber could guarantee to turn up on time or the customer gets a 10% discount. You have to be able to back up your guarantee, so if you try something like this, make sure you are ALWAYS on time!
If you want word of mouth advertising you need to give people something to talk about.
