What lights your fire? ❓

Many of you may not know that apart from being a business & executive coach extraordinaire,  I also  have a team of pretty special leadership and management trainers. We cover EVERYTHING to do with leadership, management and staff well being. They are what you'd call trainers with real personality! 
Anyway, the training team have been lucky enough to take on some pretty amazing clients that are here to change the world. Charities, non-profits and NGO's from all over the world who are passionate about  making a difference.

I’m so blessed to be working with them. It is totally lighting my fire! They want to be the best they can be. They want to create a great working environment for their teams. They want to learn. They embrace coaching and training. They have strong values and do their best to stand by them. 

I love it! 

I love all my clients but the ones who really do it for me are the ones that I know I can make a difference too.  There is no greater feeling that helping someone else to go change the world.
