How clean your toilets are, the quality of the tea and coffee you serve, how you wrap or box your products, the quality of your business cards – they all make a difference to the experience your customer has with you.
Write a list of every opportunity you have to wow your clients. Every interaction. Every phone call, meeting or 'touch'. Then do whatever it takes to give them an amazing experience. Wowing you! The way we answer the phone how quickly we respond to emails or messages, our 'out of office' message they all say something about us. I truly appreciate your great post!
